When booking a flight transport for your pet, a 50% deposit is required. This initial payment covers several essential costs:

• Airline Ticket: Securing your pet's seat or space on the aircraft.
• Pet Airline Fees: Additional fees associated with transporting animals.
• Flight Nanny Services: Professional care provided by a flight nanny to ensure your pet's comfort and safety during the journey.

Remaining Balance

The remaining 50% of the total cost is due upon the safe delivery of your pet to the designated location. 

Flight Insurance

While flight insurance is not mandatory, it is recommended. Opting for insurance can provide peace of mind by protecting against unforeseen events that may affect your pet's travel plans. 

Ground Transport 

Initial Deposit

• Amount Due: 50% of the total transport cost
• Purpose: This deposit is required to hold your pet's spot in the transport service.
• Timing: The deposit should be paid at the time of booking.

Final Payment

• Amount Due: The remaining 50% of the total transport cost
• Purpose: This final payment completes the full amount required for the service.
• Timing: Due on the day of the transport
